Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Sage and Testament. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not, we offer store credit for returns made within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, and have the original tags attached. Please note that discounted items, as well as all accessories, handbags, purses, and wallets, are final sale and cannot be returned.


Returns that require shipping must be pre-approved by our team. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sageandtestament.com. Returns sent without prior approval will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please ensure you include a copy of your receipt with the return. Customers are limited to two returns per year.


**Exchanges**

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value that meet the same criteria as returns (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Please contact us at support@sageandtestament.com to initiate an exchange within 14 days of your purchase.


**Refunds**

We do not offer refunds, but store credit will be issued for returns that meet the criteria outlined above.


**Damaged or Defective Items**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the problem and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

**Order Cancellations**

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at support@sageandtestament.com if you need to cancel your order.


**Sale Events or Promotions**

Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


**Gift Cards**

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for in-store and online purchases only.
